Crowns and Bridges

Broken, severely damaged and misshaped teeth can be very unattractive. A crown is used to the restore damaged teeth and to provide strength to teeth with large fillings in them while providing a natural-looking finish using durable long lasting materials. The Crown, or cap as some like to call them, are placed over the prepared teeth to the gum line, this protects the underlying tooth from further damage or decay and to improve chewing and talking.

A bridge is a means of replacing a missing tooth by attaching to a crown on either side of a fake tooth which is attached in the centre. It is cemented in place and cannot be removed.
